I was born into a Russian-speaking family in Moldova. When I was 14, my family emigrated to Germany. Currently, I live and work between Erfurt, Germany and Nikiti, Greece.
I'm deeply fascinated by the human psyche — there's something mysterious about it, something we can never fully grasp or solve. I like to think that every person is, in some way, a philosopher. Because we all create our own life philosophy, and it quietly shapes every choice we make.
I used to believe the human psyche revealed its most exciting facets in the world of business — that’s why I initially chose to study economics. But the birth of my first son made me realize that the most profound mysteries lie not out there, but within: in my relationship with myself and my own inner world.
After a decade in the energy sector, I chose to shift my focus to psychotherapy. I’m drawn to the Existential therapy approach because it explores the deeper connections between personal struggles and their meaning in an individual’s life. What truly inspires me is witnessing the incredible strength people unlock when they gain clarity about themselves and begin to live beyond limiting beliefs and societal expectations.
